REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
- Our items are sent in boxes within 3 to 5 business days after you placed your order. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shippings.
- Orders within the US typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Priority Mail comes with a tracking number.
- Insurance is included in our shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders are shipped via First Class Mail and arrive in 7-14 days for most countries.
- International orders include tracking information. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Insurance is included in our shipping.
- For overseas shipments, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often but that it can happen.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- We do not accept refunds but we gladly offer exchanges.
- Exchange shipping costs are on us but they have to be within 15 days of receiving your package.
- To request an exchange, please contact us to [email protected] with your order number, a link to the new product you want and we will provide you a return shipping label.
- We will ship the new item once we have received the old order. For more information contact us to [email protected]
- Returned products should be unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.
- Keep in mind that all our products are handmade and that a slight variation in the fiber color, texture & finish can be expected and are not considered defects. In the event that you feel you have a defective item, please contact via Inbox with your order number and a photo of the product. We diagnose the problem and we will offer you to fix or replace the item.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
- We are unable to accept order cancellations.
- If you’d like to make a change to your order, we’d be happy to help you as long as your order hasn’t shipped.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility.
